Extract made up with boiled water and cold tap water. Yeast nutriant added

Ginger Syrup and Lychee juice added (SG1.050)

Made up to 22lts with cold water.

Yeast added at 22C SG 1.040
5.
Racked and dry hoped with Jarrylo and Simcoe hops a week after brewing (SG0.014)
6.
100 grams of peeled fresh ginger added at racking
7.
Cold Crashed 7 days later, 14 after making. SG1.002 Crashed 5 for days
8.
Bottled - SG 1.002 on 17th October 2019. Primed with 50g Dex. ABV 6.5%
