Special Instructions

1.
Strike water of 6-7 gals to 157-160 degrees
2.
Mash- pour in only 5 gals of water with grains stirring occassionaly cover and mash for 60 min
3.
Rinse- drain mash for re-heating, rinse grains with remaining water and top off to 5.5 gals
4.
Start Boil- start heat add hops and bring to a gental rolling boil/ 60 min
5.
Cold Crash- lower wort temprature to yeast target temprature and transfer wort
6.
Yeast pitch- pitch yeast
7.
Fermintation- fermintate for 2 weeks
