Special Instructions
1.Strike 15L @ 67 for 90 min, stirring every ~20min (temp 63, 61, 59, 58)
2.Heat 16.5L. Add this until temp is 67. Let rest for 30min
3.Add the rest of the water, a few litres, at boiling
4.Lauter and add to the kettle and bring to a boil
5.Rip the fresh hops in half to get to more of the lupulin
6.15g of Saar Bank Cashmere at 60min, then 450g of fresh hops at 15min, 450g at 5 min, 1kg at flame out. Stir for several minutes.
