My hydrometer isn't totally accurate, but the OG is waaay under the target. Not sure what might have happened. Maybe it was a stuck fermentation that I couldn't even restart with the addition of some more yeast.For the oak, I grabbed a couple pieces of red oak that's been dead for over a year -- it was dried out and seemed the right consistency.
