Batch #4. Nelson Sauvin used, as Galaxy hops not vailable at LHBS. Two weeks in the vat. At 2.5 weeks in the bottle it was SUPER bitter, after 4.5 weeks became drinkable, but still more bitter than Stone and Wood. Would reduce IBUs next time to bring bitterness down. A reasnably good drink in its own right, but not identical to Stone and Wood
