Tasting Notes (1)

Notes:

Color is deep golden with good carbonation and a thick tight off white head. Aroma some malt and a little hops. It has a medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is biscuity malt with a nice sweetness, then just the right amount of bitterness to balance it out. In the aftertaste the hop flavor comes out with a touch of spice and a hint of citrus. Overall this is a great brew, the Viking Malt makes a great brew. I think this comes out a little more like an English Pale Ale.
