OG 1.043 FG 1.008 ABV ~4.6% Apparent Attenuation 81%.Mashing with about 2.75 gallons of water. ~.8 of that is distilled, the rest is campden treated tap water.Will sparge/rinse with about ~1.6 gallons of water. ~.5 of that is distilled, the rest is treated tap waterMy dough-in ended up being a little warmer than expected, so I had to up the mash water total to keep the temp from getting too high for a beta-glucan rest.
