OG 1.050 FG 1.010 ABV 5.25% Apparent Attenuation 79%. Mashing with about 2.5 gallons of water. About .5 gallons is distilled and the remaining is campden-treated tap water. I have ~1.25 gallons in reserve for rinsing and such. ~.5 gallons of that is distilled. Before I added the grains, the mash water seemed a little hot (mid 160's), so I added some of my reserved water to cool it down a bit. Once the grains were added, it was just a hair over 152F.
