Special Instructions

1.
Steep grain in 2 Gal water 160-170 for 30 min
2.
Remove grain ; heat water to 180 and remove from heat; add DME
3.
Bring to boil and add gypsum along with first hop addition
4.
Last hop addition is at flame out ; steep for 5 min
5.
Rest as usual ... cool and top up fermenter ; leave 10 days at 68F
6.
Secondary 1-2 weeks
