- 7/10/19 sg:1.025 moved to secondary despite weird white film on top of beer- 7/21/19 added 5 oz of cherry concentrate into the beer to see if we can salvage it :D Also added 2 oz of vanilla vean paste to it- 7/25 ph is 4.1. Going to let it drop more to get a mild sour
