Special Instructions

1.
Steep 0.5 lbs Grain in 4 gallons of water for 15 mins at 150-160 degrees

Bring to a boil, then remove kettle from burner and stir in 3 lbs of DME until dissolved

Return wort to a boil

Add 0.5 oz Fuggle hops at the beginning of the boil (60 total mins of boil time)
9.
Add 0.5 oz Styrian hops with 30 mins left in the boil
11.
Add 0.5 oz Kent hops with 15 mins left in the boil
13.
Add 0.5 tsp of Irish Moss to wort with 15 mins left in the boil
15.
After the 60 min boil, cool the wort to 60-70 degrees
17.
Transfer wort to fermenter and aerate the wort for a few minutes
19.
Pitch 4 grams of Danstar yeast in the wort
