Special Instructions

1.
bring 19 L water to 66 degrees steep grain for 30 min
2.
remove grain remove from heat stir in malt and dextrose
3.
bring to boil for 60 min adding hops as indicated
4.
ferment at 20-21 degrees for 1 week transfer to second fermenter for 2 weeks add hops at last 3 days
