OG 1.063 FG 1.010 ABV a hair under 7%.Mashing with about 2.5 gallons of water. ~.5 of that is distilled and the rest is campden-treated tap water. Will sparge/rinse with water that is treated tap water and a bit of RO thrown in. Only up to boil volume. At start of mash, it was a couple of degrees higher than I wanted, so I added a splash or two of distilled water until it was down around 152-153F. It may not even need to be this high.
