Adding whirlfloc to make a clear beer for once. 16.1 mash gravity Mash pH 5.09 20min mash Threw hops in as drained for 5 minutes (about 150 degrees), dumped it in then heated to 168 which took about 6 more minutes. Cooled at 20 minutes. Going up to 3.5 gallons was pretty on point (7.75). PH after cooling was 5.18 (interesting). 6 days later down to 3.9. Dry hop may 3.
