Notes:

After a month of aging the chocolate flavors have come out more. Still very sweet. Next time I may drop the brown malt, but keep everything else as-is.

Notes:

Smooth with plenty of toffee sweetness. It accomplished the goal of pairing well with brisket. On its own, however, I feel it's lacking a little bit of roastiness. Next time I may swap some of the english chocolate malt for american, or include a few ounces of black malt.
