Start Mash tun with 4-Gallons of 160-Degree Water, then add to grain and let sit for 1-Hour which will yield only 2.5-Gallons. Heat another 3-Gallons of water to 170-Degrees, then add to grain and let sit for 15-minutes which will yield another 3-Gallons of Wort. Heat 2-Gallons of water to 175-Degrees and add to grain, let sit for 15-minutes and draw enogh to bring you to a total of 6.5-Gallons of Wort. Boil Time= 60-Minutes. Add 1-Pound Lactose and 12-Butterscotch Hard Candies to Boil at 60-Minutes, Add Whirlfloc Tablet at 15-Minutes, Add 4-Ounces of Brown Sugar and 6-Bars of Bakers Chocolate at 10-Minutes.
