American Pale Ale Recipe - Centennial & Citra Pale Ale

Onion and Garlic all the way in this beer. I couldn\u0027t taste the Willamette at all just Onion and Garlic. It was pretty bad. I\u0027ve updated this base recipe with Citra and Centennial, Mitch Steele mentioned that it was a great combo in his interview with Basic Brewing Radio after his IPA book came out.
