Smooth brew day, hit mash temp withing a 1/10th of a degree and hit the 1.069 gravity estimate, beer is a beautiful light gold, looks and smells great. I haven't made this particular beer in 4 or 5 years, I always liked it and just decided to brew it today. This is a nice old school West Coast IPA. Looking forward to it.
