This is loosely based on Cellarmakers "Little Lies" English Bitter. It's a low alcohol (3.2%) easy drinking beer that's about 21 IBU's. I made a couple of changes before brewing today. I added a half pound of amber malt and upped the IBU's about 6 to 27, all with changes to the last hop additions. I think amber malt will add another layer to the flavor of this beer and thought with this low gravity it could use it. I also decided to up the hop flavor and aroma a bit to work with the amber malt. This will be the lowest gravity beer I've made and I'm interested to see how it turns out.
