Special Instructions

1.
Viability 'starter' put on stir plate 5 hours beforehand
2.
1 mL Lactic Acid added mid-mash
3.
Mashed Maris Otter for just over an hour, with other grains added for final 20 min
4.
~135F for 20 min, ~145F for 30 min, ~155F for final 15 min. Temp increased by adding hot water
5.
Measured OG 1.069. (modified efficiency and batch size to compensate)
6.
Might have added 15 min hops at 10. (late malt additions done around this time as well)
7.
Pitched viablility (5 hrs) yeast starter in 60-62F wort and stored at 64-65F
8.
High kraussen after a little over a day
9.
First dry hops added on 3/6, day three. Brought to room ~68F
10.
Removed second dry hops 3/15? (felt like 7 days, wanted 3-4)
11.
Bottled with 23 g sugar (~2.4-2.5 volumes) 3/17 (10 bottles - .9375 gal)
