12.
Boil Add: Wort Chiller @ 10 min
13.
Boil Add: Second hop addition @ 1 min
14.
Dry hop: Addition 1 Leave in for 11 days
15.
Dry hop: Addition 2 leave in for 5 days

    Checked gravity 2/19 (before bottling): 1.011 - 8% ABV

    Shot for 2.4 Vol of CO2. Had 2.75 gallons of beer to bottle. Added 2.43 Oz of Corn Sugar. After 1.5 weeks still not carbed up. Could be due to cold crashing for 48 hours, but not sure.
