Special Instructions

1.
Bring 7.4 litres of water to a temperature of 159*F (71*C)
2.
Steep grains for 1 hour between 144-152*F (62-67*C)
3.
If using a bag, pull out and preserve wort. Add back to the pot
4.
Bring wort back to the boil, add hops as to prescribed timings
5.
Prepare ice bath and cool wort quickly to pitching temperature
6.
Transfer to carboy and pitch yeast
