used omega oyl-107 oktoberfest. 2 packets were old (9/10/2018) did a 1L starter from friday to monday chillled then a 2L starter from tuesday to sunday. Cooled wort outside to 46 then took og so temp might have affected og. picthed at like 930pm ish. fermentation was noticably strong at 7am on 2/12/19. turned kegerator thermometer down to 49 it must be 1f off because then both thermometers in the fridge read 50f. 03/04/2019 kegged, pressurized and moved to garage. gravity was 1.011 by ...
