It was -2F and windy. Couldnt maintain a rolling boil without 3/4 cover. Hence ended up with too much volume. shouldve just started with 6.5 but thought more would steam off due to cold.update 02/24/2019: it has had a little tiny bit of foam and little bubbles for like 2 weeks. Maybe shouldnt have transferred it so early. it was originally in 66 degree environment for the first week. then 68 and up to 71 after transfer. for the last 2 weeks put on the fermotemp and have been slowly walking ...
