Mash water put on to heat indoors at 12:30. 4.5 gallons. Heated to 164 by 1:15Started first mash at 1:20. Set timer for 45 minutes1 hour later, checked mash temp. 152.Added 5.5 cups boiling water to theoretically bring temp up to 156 at 2:20Began sparge at 3pm. Using 4.5 gallons around 170. Sparge finished around 4pm.
