Campden & CRS to total water, Epsom to grist.
2.
Mash temp 66 C for 90 mins (add water at 83 C)
3.
Batch Sparge @ 77-80 C
4.
Boiler additions (Epsom, Gypsum etc)
5.
Boil 60 mins
6.
Irish moss last 15 mins of boil
7.
Steep last hop addition for 30mins at 80°C
8.
Add chiller tab 20mins to go
