Doing this as a 10 gallon batch. Started with 11.5 gal, after adding LME level went to 12.5. I still had to top off my fermented with .75 gal. FG dropped from 1.056 to 1.048.We found out that we scorched the wort a little so we'll see if it ruined it. Started fermenting by the next morning.Lots of foam in the fermenter, almost reached my air lock. 14 days at 75 degrees and 7 days cold. Going 75 because I have wine fermenting.
