Notes:
27.01 villitud. Us04 pärmiga og 1.008 ja mee ning rosmariini lõhn tugev, samuti maitse. Värv ilus punane. M41 pärmiga sain og 1.006 ning õlle aroom belglasest vürtsikas, mee ja rosmariini lõhna tuleb vähem esile. Maitselt tugev Belgia stiilis vürtsine õlu, lisandeid tuleb vähem esile.

Notes:
Kätte 19l virret ja poolitasin kaheks. Panin käärima us04 ja MJ M41 belgia ale pärmiga. Kääritamise teisel päeval lisatud mett 660g segatuna 3.7l veega ja og 1.051. Mee ja vee lahuse lisasin pool kogusest mõlemasse virdesse.
