Great tasting porter. Nicely balanced.Good flavor.I could not detect the licorice .Next time i am boiling the licorice stick in a saucer pan and adding it at 5 minutes. The stick went in the boil and stuck to the side of the pot, only half dissolved. Hence, the new plan for next time.
Biggest regret, it was a small test batch and did not last long. We loved the taste, and you can drink two or three glasses without tiring of it.Good stuff.
