Special Instructions

1.
Heat 1.5 gallons of water to 162 degrees
2.
Steep grains at 155 for 60mins.
3.
Spare grains with 170 degree 3.0 water
4.
Heat to boil
5.
Remove from heat. Add LME and stir
6.
Bring back to boil for 60 mins.
7.
Add hops according to hops schedule
8.
Add whirfloc after 15 mins
9.
Add yeast nutrient at 10 mins.
10.
Remove from heathy 0 mins an cool to ~ 70 deg.
11.
Transfer to ferment or and pitch in yeast.
12.
Transfer to secondary after 7 days.
13.
Create yeast starter
