Special Instructions
1.I brought 3.5 gal of water to 161F and added grains, which dropped temperature to 154. I mashed for 1 hour.
2.I mashed out at 166F for 10 minutes. I pulled the grain out and let drip over pot while I poured 1 gallon of 166F water over the grains to extract more sugars.
3.I added the extract as the wort began to boil.
4.I added the maltodextrin at 15 minutes and honey at flameout.
5.Fermented at 64F And transferred to secondary after 1 week.
