All Grain Pre-Prohibition Porter homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Pilsner - US, CaraHell - DE, Columbus Hops, Ella Hops, Hornidal Kveik Homebrew Yeast, Irish Moss, Yeast Nutrient.
Water: 6g calc. Chl, 10g MgSo4: Ca 55, Mg 30, Na 0, Chl 95, So4 130 Chl/Sulf: .75
Hops per schedule: 1 min = flame out 160 - 20 min
chill to 90, pitch yeast and dry hop, wrap heated blanket to keep warm

Very basic pale ale, cleared up pretty nicely. Ella came off very earthy
