Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Blanche 5 lbs of peaches and remove skin.
2.
Bring water to 155 F. Add peaches and steep for 45 min.
3.
Flame out. Stir in light DME.
4.
Flame on. Bring water to rolling boil. (~210 F)
5.
Add hops, steep for 60 min.
6.
Wort chill temp to 68 F. Rack wort to Primary.
7.
Pitch yeast. Ferment 10 days.
8.
Place 8 lbs of peaches into secondary carboy.
9.
Rack beer over peaches to flavor. Ferment 7 days.
