Mash 3.4 gallons of water

Special Instructions

Mix grains in 3.4 gallons of water. Mash temperature 152 F for 60 minutes
2.
Vorlauf until runnings are clear
3.
Sparge with 3.9 gallons and top up to obtain 6 gallons of wort
4.
After boil, chill to 60 F, aerate with oxygen or filtered air
5.
Pitch yeast
6.
Ferment at 65 F for 7 days
7.
Let temperature rise to 68 F and hold for an additional 7 days
8.
Cold crash beer to 35 F
9.
Keg the beer
