Special Instructions

1.
Mashed all the grain except 1lb of the acidulated malt for 60 min at 168
2.
Added the 1lb of acidulated malt to the mash for the last 30 min
3.
Collected enough wort for a 60 min boil and final volume of 5.5 gallons about 6.5 gallons of wort.
4.
Added .3 oz of galaxy hops, 2.5 lb of pineapple, and 2.5 lb of mango to wort for 60 min boil.
5.
Added .6 oz of galaxy hops for and .25 oz of grounded coriander seed for 15 min boil.
6.
Added one tablet of whilfloc for 5 min boil.
