Continually hopped. First batch in primary. Very cloudy and very active fermentation. Riwaka was not as aromatic as I expected, but the Pacific Jade seems to make up for it. Expecting bitterness much higher than the 59 IBU this calculator indicated.

    I wish someone was putting out a quality Rye DME, I don't know if you'll get a defined rye characteristic with only 1 lb steeped, but I don't have a better suggestion. Looks tasty.
