Notes:
Color is a deep hazy brown with good carbonation and a rocky 2 finger off white head. Aroma is fruity, a little wine like with a faint roasted note. It has a medium body that goes down with a light feel. Taste is biscuit, mild roasted malt and apricot, backed by a mild bitterness. In the aftertaste the roasted note comes up with more bitterness as the apricot lingers. Overall it's a nice brew, bitterness needs to come down a bit, would be good for a fall fruit beer just needs a little work.
