BIAB so no sparge, full volume mash*kettle insulation did very well, lost about 5 degrees, maybe...probably more like 2 or 3 degrees.Mashed in at 7:50am, Fermentation chamber by 12:30pm- stirred at 20min: Temp: 148F, pH: xx. and 40min: Temp: 147, pH: 5.5. - Conversion test looks good!10 min Mash Out Start at TIME: brought wort to TEMP for 10 min. Took x min to get to TEMP, decided to pull bag.- REMEMBER TO TAKE INSULATION OFF KETTLE BEFORE FIRING UP BURNER!!Pulled grain bag @ 9am (6.75g), hung ...
