Special Instructions

Shoot for 150ppm Chloride and 75ppm Sulfate water profile

7.66g Strike water, 157 Strike Temp, 7g pre-boil, 5.75g post-boil, 5.5 into fermenter

2.7g Gypsum, 6.8g Calcium Chloride to strike water (5.6 est pH), 2g Calcium Chloride to boil

Chill to 65F, add first round of dry hops to fermenter, dump wort in fermenter to oxygenate, try not to spill too much trub in, Pure O2 for 30 seconds

Ferment at 65F for 10 days
