Notes:

Change made for winter: I let the wort cool over a few hours in the 30f weather, so I wait to add my end of boil hops until fermentation is done. Because it takes longer for the wort to cool, more acids are isomerized. To get around this, I do a bittering charge, and then one single dry hop charge. In the summer change the recipe back to 1oz of hops @ 60 minutes, 1 oz of hops @ 5 minutes, 1 oz hops @ flameout, and 2oz of hops dry hop.

Notes:

8 days later the beer is much clearer. Flavor is crisper. Hops are mildly fruity and tropical. Beautiful and highly pleasant beer. Will brew again

Notes:

This beer tastes great. Nice citrus note on the nose. Mildly hoppy. Very balanced. OG was 1.050, FG was 1.007. Beer was fermented for 8 days before kegging. Delicous.
