Frist time brew with scale for water weight. 37.8lbs of water. Target mash 150 degrees, and hit it exactly. Heating process with sous vide is cumbersome, will need to address process.Simcoe Actual AA: 13.8Centenial Actual AA: 8.5Placed in fermenter to coast down to temp. Hit with O2 wand for 30 seconds.
