Special Instructions

Mash at 149 for 90 minutes

Drain, Sparge to yield around 5 gallons.
3.
Allow wort to cool to 110-120 degrees and pitch Lactobacillus Brevis.
4.
Boil for 15 minutes, adding hops at the start of the boil
5.
Chill, pitch us-05 yeast and ferment at 65*.
