Azacca and Medusa Hops will be used.
2.
Boil wort up to 180 degrees then turn off and remove from heat.
3.
add 1st hop additions and let sit for 30 minutes
4.
After 30 minutes, then move wort to ice bath
5.
After 4 days add 2nd hop addition
6.
After 10 days add 3rd hop addition
