Notes:

Basically perfect. Fermented at 68F for a week then free dropped to 62-60F for secondary. The only thing to change would maybe backing off the mosaic a tad and using an american Pilsner rather than a german one. The Avangard pilsner isn't as "soft" and has more of a lager quality.
