Accidentally mashed too high - after mash measured 70C. Efficiency very low (66%) probably as a result of mash temp. High mash temp could also affect attenuation - TBC. Spliteen S-04 and Nottingham. Stuck sparge so sparged through hop filter. Used hop restricter for most of the hops because leaf. Very rapid chilling, no issues.
