5.Aye laddie, pour a pint and may the road rise up to meet you
6.Hopheads= double the 15 min. hop
7.Hopheads= add 1 oz Tettnang at flameout
8.Hopheads= or just urinate directly into wort

This year I used a pale chocolate malt from England. The beer tastes better and came out redder. Aye laddie, pour a couple pints and bark at the moon. Cheers!
