Notes:
I did not use clearing agents (gelatin) for this batch. It's amber in color with a healthy thick head that reflects this amber tone. It bursts with hop flavor. Fantastic taste. The dry hop gives you a pleasant first seconds, followed by mild malty flavour which gain a fair amount of bitterness in the aftertaste. Holds perfect amount of carbonation. Slightly dry with a hint of sweetness. This will become my house beer that I always will have on tap. I will however play around with the hops slightly, possibly omit the bittering addition all together.
