Brew Session: Great Lakes Conways Irish Red Ale Clone

800 ml yeast starter/white labs Irish ale yeast WLP004 on 2-21-18 @ 2:00 pm. during mash, heating water to desired 163.7, when grain added the temp didn't drop that much. Next time, put to desired mash temp and add grain, then start re circulation. started whirlpool at 15 min with hop addition.
