Special Instructions

1.
Bring 2.5 gallons of water to 160F.
2.
Steep grains for 30 minutes at 160F; strain and remove grains.
3.
Bring water to a boil, then add 6lbs. of LME while stirring vigorously.
4.
Add hops according to recipe.
5.
As soon as boil is complete, stir in 1.5 lbs. honey with burner turned off.
6.
Cool to 70F and pitch yeast.
