First all grain homebrew! Found the recipe in a Brooklyn Brewing book and modified it with some Citra hops.

Brewed on Sunday 1/21. Took the gravity today 1/25 and it read 1.055. Seems like its coming along nicely.

Bottled the first carboy last night. The gravity is still high at 1.055 even after adding some water to the carboy. Will take one last reading after it has conditioned. It is pretty tasty.
